Hello all!

Recently I've been feeling some severe stock apathy. I'm bored of drama, of the constant pressure to not impose rules on my copyrighted images, of not having time to deal with the lovely people making lovely art because I'm too busy educating dickheads on copyright law.

So.

Stock is gone. Textures remain.

Rules remain but will be made slightly more flexible. I'll be altering those over the course of the next week.

If you have already downloaded stock images from me, you are quite welcome to use them, just please stick to the old rules below.

I hope this will make for a happier, more productive pendlestock.

These images must NOT be redistributed in ANY FORM. That includes layouts, tags, signatures, free artwork and PRE MADE STOCK.
All images, unless otherwise specified, are free for print use within DA, personal and gift art outside of DA. If your work is published or exhibited - AWESOME! Take photos so I can see! Anything other than that, including all commercial usage, PLEASE NOTE FIRST.
Only your own photography modified with my textures may be uploaded in the photography gallery. ANY works containing my stock images MUST be uploaded into the digital art gallery - I took the photograph, not you!
My stock images may not be used for digital processing practice. This includes airbrushing and basic digital darkroom techniques. BE CREATIVE.

Please note me to let me know you've used an image, or comment on the deviation you've used so I can take a peek and fave it
I'm pretty open as to what can be done with my art, but please nothing to promote war, violence, physical or sexual abuse, or commercial brands that are not eco friendly (for example Hummer are BAD, toyota are GOOD) or exploit vulnerable people (for example clothing lines that use slave labour).
HORSE MANIPULATIONS I have no problems with manipulations containing horses. However, the deluge of copy and pasted horses in fields for RPing sites is quite frankly, boring, and not a particularly artistic or creative use of stock. There are 10,000 other stock images of fields, mine are in no way superior so I'm sure it's no skin off your nose not to use them. I have already had to remove 6 images because of mis use, so please do not ruin it for other artists by breaking this rule. Do not use my fields in your horse manips.
Please only use my stock with other valid stock images in your artwork. To see a definition of this please read this newsletter [link] . If you use my stock in a piece containing googled images or copyrighted images I will report it.
