Artist's Comments

Photographs of monoprints created by me. Monoprints are images created by spreading printing ink on a metal plate, and then printing from it. You can get interesting results by spattering with turps, thinning ink with cooking oil and layering translucent ink.

Awesome texture. I appreciate you sharing these with those of us who wouldn't know how to manipulate ink like that on our own. =P
